Crystal Fresh Drinking Water goes through many stages before it reaches the high quality standards that we pride our company on. Our process ensures that Crystal Fresh water exceeds all Federal, Provincial, and Industry standards so that the highest quality product is delivered to your home and office.

Our water is treated according to government standards and drawn from a private aquifer, which means it is free of chlorine and other additives. Here is a quick summary of our process:

1. Water is softened
2. Filtered to 25 microns to remove any particulates
3. Then filtered to 5 microns (six times smaller than the human eye can see)
4. Goes through the first Reverse Osmosis treatment which removes 95% of all analytes in water
5. Goes through second Reverse Osmosis treatment which removes any remaining elements by another 97%
6. It is Ozonated which ensures that the water is sterilized and bacteria free
7. Then bottled by machine (All bottles are physically inspected, sterilized, filled, and capped by the machine). No human contact comes between sterilization and final capping.
8. Government water analysis is done monthly
9. Random water samples are sent for extensive lab testing done throughout the year
10. All processes are monitored and tested daily from start to finish
